Can I skip or cancel?

Yes. It renews every month until you cancel. You can skip a delivery, change the date or cancel any time from your account. There is no minimum and no set number of deliveries.

What does the second delivery cost?

Your first delivery is 30% off. After that each delivery is 15%, 20% or 25% off the regular price, depending on how many paks you choose, and you see that price next to every size before you check out.

How many Paks per load?

One Pak for a standard load. Two for a large or heavily soiled load.

Does it work in cold water?

Yes. Love Paks are made with plant-derived surfactants and work in cold cycles, in standard and high-efficiency machines.

When does it ship?

Orders placed on business days ship from our U.S. warehouse. Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous U.S.; Alaska and Hawaii ship at FedEx rates shown at checkout.
