Press
Love Brands is a US laundry company that sells Love Paks direct to consumers at lovepaks.com. Love Paks are pre-measured, plant-based laundry detergent paks, 39 to a refill pouch, in two formulas. This page exists so that anyone writing about the company can get the facts right without guessing: what we make, what the Loads of Love program is, who the founder is, what is registered, and — just as important — which claims we do not make.
Everything in the facts block below is something Love Brands stands behind and can point you to a source for. If a figure or a claim is not on this page, treat it as not supplied by us for citation, and ask us before you print it.

The short version, in sentences you can paste
The company, in one sentence. Love Brands is a US laundry company that makes Love Paks, pre-measured plant-based laundry detergent paks sold direct to consumers at lovepaks.com.
The product, in one sentence. Love Paks are pre-measured laundry detergent paks — one pak per standard load, 39 paks per refill pouch, plant-based, rose quartz infused, made for warm or cold water in standard and HE machines, and sold in two formulas: Citrus Flower Blossom, which is scented, and Dye & Scent Free, which has no dyes and no added fragrance.
Boilerplate, longer. Love Brands makes Love Paks, pre-measured plant-based laundry detergent paks sold in refill pouches of 39 at lovepaks.com. Love Paks come in two formulas — Citrus Flower Blossom and Dye & Scent Free — and are dosed at one pak per standard load, two for a large or heavily soiled load, in warm or cold water and in standard or HE machines. The paks are rose quartz infused. Through Loads of Love, the company's give-back program, orders placed through a participating organization's link direct 20% of net sales from those orders to that organization. Love Brands was founded by Rev. Andrew Rupnow, MBA, M.Msc., who has spent over 15 years in the commercial laundry industry. LOVE PAKS is a registered US trademark, USPTO registration 8371488.
Loads of Love
Loads of Love is the Love Brands give-back program. A nonprofit or a youth sports organization joins the program and gets its own link. When someone shops through that link, Love Brands directs 20% of net sales from those orders to that organization.
Two things worth stating plainly, because they are the parts most easily reported wrong:
- It is 20% of net sales, not 20% of the sticker price. Net sales is what remains after discounts, returns and the other ordinary deductions. Anyone comparing programs should compare on the same basis.
- Attribution comes from the link. An order that does not travel through the organization's link is not attributed to it. That is a mechanical fact about how the program works, not a caveat we are hiding.
There is also a separate optional donation product in the store — a fixed-amount add-on a shopper can put in the cart. Its listing states that 100% of the added donation amount is passed to the fundraising organization. That is a different mechanism from the 20% of net sales, and the two figures should never be merged into one number in an article. If your story turns on either figure, confirm the current terms with us first.
We do not publish, and will not supply, projections of what an organization can expect to raise. Any figure of that kind would depend entirely on how much that organization's supporters actually buy.
Founder
Love Brands was founded by Rev. Andrew Rupnow, MBA, M.Msc., who has spent over 15 years in the commercial laundry industry.
A note on one detail, because it matters for accuracy. Love Brands holds a registered US trademark on the name LOVE PAKS. A trademark is not a patent. Where you may see the founder described elsewhere as holding patents, we are not putting that forward here as a verified fact, and we would rather you left it out than printed something we cannot document for you. If you need the patent question answered on the record, ask us and we will answer it directly rather than through a website page.
Trademark
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Mark | LOVE PAKS |
| Registration number | 8371488 |
| Register | United States Patent and Trademark Office |
| International class | 003 — the Nice class covering cleaning preparations |
| Registration date | July 28, 2026 |
| Public record | tsdr.uspto.gov, search by registration number |
What that registration does and does not mean, since it is routinely overstated in coverage of consumer brands:
- It protects the name LOVE PAKS in that class of goods. It says nothing about the formula inside the pak.
- It is not a patent. No invention has been examined or granted here.
- It is not a government endorsement, a safety approval, an efficacy finding, or an environmental certification. Trademark examination does not test the product.
What Love Brands claims — and what it does not
This is the section we would most like reporters to read. It is short on purpose.
Claims we make and will stand behind
- Love Paks are pre-measured laundry detergent paks, 39 to a refill pouch.
- One pak per standard load; two for a large or heavily soiled load.
- The formula is plant-based.
- They work in warm or cold water, in standard and HE machines.
- Dye & Scent Free contains no dyes and no added fragrance. Citrus Flower Blossom is scented.
- Love Paks are rose quartz infused.
- Loads of Love directs 20% of net sales from orders placed through a participating organization's link to that organization.
- LOVE PAKS is a registered US trademark, registration 8371488.
Claims we do not make
- No health, medical, emotional or physiological claim. Love Brands does not claim that Love Paks, the rose quartz in them, or anything else the company sells treats, prevents, relieves or affects any condition, mood or state of the body. Nothing on this page should be read that way, and we ask that coverage does not imply it.
- No scientific mechanism for the rose quartz. Rose quartz is a pink variety of quartz. Its use in Love Paks reflects the company's brand philosophy and the meanings attached to the stone in crystal traditions — cultural belief, not demonstrated science. It is not why the detergent cleans, and we do not present it as an active ingredient.
- No patent claim. See above. There is a trademark on the name. That is a different thing.
- No third-party certification or seal. Love Brands has not published a certification, third-party test report or accreditation for Love Paks, and none should be attributed to the company.
- No unqualified environmental claim. On this page Love Brands does not describe Love Paks as biodegradable, eco-friendly or green without qualification, and does not claim they are better for the environment than any other detergent. Under the FTC's Green Guides, claims of that kind need to be specific and substantiated, and we would rather say less than say something we cannot support.
- No efficacy comparison. We make no claim that Love Paks clean better than, or as well as, any named competitor. We have not published head-to-head testing.
- No earnings or fundraising projection for organizations in Loads of Love.
- No claim that "frequency" describes Love Paks. Aura Frequency Starter Pack is a separate product with its own listing. "Frequency" is the name of that product line. It is not a synonym for the rose quartz in Love Paks, and the two should not be blended into one description.
If two pages on our own site disagree, cite this one
Love Brands' marketing pages use warmer, more expressive language than a press page should. That is what marketing pages are for. But for anything that is going to appear in print or in a published article, this page is the one we are asking you to work from, and the facts block above is the version of the record we will confirm. If something you found elsewhere on lovepaks.com conflicts with what is here, ask us and we will resolve it rather than leaving you to pick.

Media contact
There is no separate press inbox at the time of writing. Media requests go through the same route as everything else, and they do get read.
- Email: support@lovepaks.com — put Press inquiry in the subject line so it is routed rather than queued behind order questions.
- Contact form: the contact page has a Media & Collaborations route. Use it if you would rather not email.
- Phone: (608) 678-5683. This is the general support line, not a press line, so email is faster for anything that needs a considered answer.
- Post: Saje Holdings LLC, PO Box 121, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965.
The contact page states that Love Brands typically responds within one to two business days. That is the honest expectation to plan around — this is a small team, not a press office with a duty rota. If you are working to a deadline, say the deadline in the first line of your email and we will treat it accordingly.
What to include so we can answer in one reply: your outlet, what the piece is about, the specific facts or figures you intend to attribute to Love Brands, your deadline, and whether you need images or a quote. If you send us the sentences you plan to publish, we will tell you which ones we can confirm and which we cannot — that is more useful to both of us than a general statement.
Images and assets
Love Brands does not publish a downloadable press kit at the time of writing. Image requests are handled individually by email — tell us the shot you need and the format, and we will tell you what exists.
Two requests about sourcing images yourself:
- Please do not pull product images from retail marketplaces, social posts or third-party listings. Images in those places are often marketing composites made for a specific channel, and packaging shown in them may not match what is on shelf or in the pouch you would be sent. Ask us for the source file instead.
- Product photography on lovepaks.com is for use on lovepaks.com. If you want to run one of those images in an article, ask — it is usually a short conversation, and it means you get the full-resolution file rather than a web-compressed crop.
If you want to photograph the product yourself, say so. That is generally the better outcome for a review, and we would rather send you a pouch than send you a rendering.
What we have not published
A press kit is more useful when it says where the gaps are. As of this page's publication, Love Brands has not published:
- a downloadable press or media kit, or a hosted image library — both are intended, neither is in place;
- a full ingredient list or safety data sheet for either Love Paks formula on lovepaks.com;
- third-party laboratory testing, certification or accreditation for the product;
- a stated shelf life for Love Paks;
- a page of past press coverage or company milestones;
- manufacturing details — where the paks are produced and by whom.
None of those are refusals. They are things that do not exist in publishable form yet. If your story needs one of them, ask, and we will either send what we have or tell you plainly that we do not have it. We would rather give you a "we don't have that" you can work around than a vague answer you have to interpret.
Questions journalists ask
Is Love Brands a public company?
No. Love Brands is the trading name of Saje Holdings LLC, a privately held US company. We do not publish revenue, order volume, headcount or funding figures, and we ask that none be attributed to us.
What is the difference between the two Love Paks formulas?
Scent, and dye. Citrus Flower Blossom is scented. Dye & Scent Free contains no dyes and no added fragrance. Both are plant-based, both are pre-measured, both come 39 paks to a refill pouch, and both are dosed the same way.
Can I write that Love Paks are good for sensitive skin?
No, and we would ask you not to. Dye & Scent Free is formulated without dyes and without added fragrance, which is a factual statement about what is in it. It is not a claim about skin, allergies or any medical condition, and Love Brands makes no such claim. Anyone with a specific skin concern should ask a clinician, not a detergent company.
What does the rose quartz do?
It is in the product because of what the stone means to the people who founded the company — that is the honest answer. Love Brands makes no claim that it does anything to your laundry, your body or your mood, and there is no scientific mechanism being asserted. If your piece covers it, the accurate framing is brand philosophy and cultural belief, not chemistry and not wellness.
Are Love Paks biodegradable?
That is not a claim this page makes. An unqualified biodegradable claim carries a specific meaning under the FTC's Green Guides, and Love Brands has not published the substantiation that a claim of that kind requires. Ask us before writing anything about the environmental profile of the product and we will tell you exactly what we can and cannot support.
How much does an organization actually receive through Loads of Love?
20% of net sales from orders placed through that organization's link. The dollar amount depends entirely on how much is bought through the link, and we will not project it for you. The separate optional donation add-on in the store is a different mechanism, described above, and should not be combined with the 20% figure.
Does the trademark cover the formula?
No. Registration 8371488 covers the name LOVE PAKS in international class 003. The formula is not the subject of the registration, and the registration is not a patent.
Can I get a sample to test?
Ask. Email support@lovepaks.com with Press inquiry in the subject, your outlet, and the address you want it sent to. If we send a product for review, we will say so in writing so you can disclose it — we would rather your readers know how you got it.
Who do I quote?
Founder quotes are attributed to Rev. Andrew Rupnow, MBA, M.Msc., Founder of Love Brands. Send the question by email; we do not supply pre-written quotes attributed to unnamed spokespeople.
