Q: How do I feel the effects?
A: Rose Quartz's effects on the human body have not been verified, or studied enough to provide an explanation to those who do not physically feel any changes. This product is designed to enhance the essence of spirit and help align the chakras of individuals who are already spiritually conscious.
Q: Will the micro-crystals irritate my skin?
A: Effects of Rose Quartz has not been extensively tested in this form. Rose Quartz has been known to cause irritation for some people, more common with certain skin conditions. Many factors affect possible abrasion concerns, including laundry load size, textile type, folding/hanging of clothes, and the users existing skin conditions could result in irritation. If irritation, itchiness, redness, or rashes occur after use, stop using immediately and consult a dermatologist or medical professional.
Q: How does this detergent increase my wellness?
A: This is not a medical product, and has no intentions to heal, protect, or provide any health advantages against any new or existing disease, sickness, or other medical conditions. Love Brands does not advertise, imply, or guarantee any changes in the diagnosable medical health & condition of customers for any reason.
Q: Can this product damage my washing machine or plumbing?
A: Many Washing Machines use drain filters to remove particulate from the dirty water used in cleaning cycles. Depending on the year/make/model of your machine, the microcrystals within Love's Pods may damage elements of your machine over extended periods of use. We recommend inspection, filter element cleaning, and possible replacement of certain components more frequently than the machine manufacturer may recommend. The micro-crystals contained within the Pods area are much smaller than common silt and other deposits contained in the unfiltered “hard water” running through many homes, therefore any damage to the machine, and plumbing systems will be negligible when compared to the inbound water supply, or any existing run-off deposits from a homes water heater, water softener, or piping. If you have any concerns about your PEX or PVC pipe health, consult a plumber to check for any worn-out pipes before using.
Q: How is this product ‘natural’?
A: The compounds used in our detergents and fragrances are plant based ingredients. Rose quartz is a naturally occurring mineral, and Love Brands uses true natural crystals in it's products. The Pod film is a plant-based biodegradable product, unlike the common plastic PVA film found in other laundry pods.
