Can I skip one?
Yes. Skip a delivery, push the date back or change how often it comes — from your account, whenever you want. You do not have to email anyone.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in a couple of clicks, with no minimum number of deliveries and no phone call. If it is ever harder than that, reply to any of our emails and we will do it for you.
When am I charged?
Each delivery is charged when that order goes out, not up front. You are never billed for the whole year in one go.
Does the discount apply every time?
Yes — it is not a first-order teaser. Every delivery comes off the regular price, and the bigger discount kicks in from two packs onwards.
What if I picked too often and it piles up?
That is the most common thing that happens, and it is the easiest to fix: stretch the gap, or skip the next one. A pack lasts most households longer than they expect.
Does my organization still get its share?
If you first came through an organization's Loads of Love link, that is what ties your orders to them. If you are not sure it stuck, or you have not picked one yet, nominate an organization here and tell us — we will attach it by hand.
Do you ship everywhere?
We ship across the United States. Orders over $70 travel free, except to Alaska and Hawaii, which are quoted by the carrier at checkout.
