For people who already wash with Love Paks

You are going to buydetergent anyway.

Put it on repeat: it costs less, it turns up before you run out, and every delivery keeps giving back to the cause you picked.

The bits people actually ask about

How much do I save?

Your first subscription order is 30% off. Every delivery after that is 15% off with 1 pak, 20% off with 2 paks and 25% off with 3 paks.

With paks at $39.95 each: 1 pak is $27.97 on your first order, then $33.96 on every delivery; 2 paks are $55.94, then $63.92; 3 paks are $83.91, then $89.91.

Can I skip one?

Yes. Skip a delivery, push the date back or change how often it comes — from your account, whenever you want. You do not have to email anyone.

Can I cancel?

Any time, in a couple of clicks, with no minimum number of deliveries and no phone call. If it is ever harder than that, reply to any of our emails and we will do it for you.

When am I charged?

Each delivery is charged when that order goes out, not up front. You are never billed for the whole year in one go.

Does the discount apply every time?

Yes. It is not a first-order teaser: your first delivery is 30% off, and every delivery after that is 15%, 20% or 25% off the regular price depending on how many paks you choose.

What if I picked too often and it piles up?

That is the most common thing that happens, and it is the easiest to fix: stretch the gap, or skip the next one. A pack lasts most households longer than they expect.

Does my organization still get its share?

If you first came through an organization's Loads of Love link, that is what ties your orders to them. If you are not sure it stuck, or you have not picked one yet, nominate an organization here and tell us — we will attach it by hand.

Do you ship everywhere?

We ship across the United States. Every order travels free, except to Alaska and Hawaii, which are quoted by the carrier at checkout.
