By submitting this application, the applicant certifies that it is authorized to participate in the Loads of Love program and that it maintains, and follows, written policies and procedures reasonably designed to protect minors participating in its programs. The applicant further certifies that it conducts legally required and organizationally appropriate screening, background checks, training, supervision, and suspected-abuse reporting procedures for administrators, employees, coaches, and regular volunteers who work with minors.
If the applicant operates in California or serves California minors, it certifies compliance with all applicable youth-service-organization requirements, including California AB 506 where applicable. Applicant agrees to provide its current child-safety policy and supporting compliance documentation to Love Brands upon request and to notify Love Brands promptly of any material safety incident, regulatory investigation, or loss of eligibility affecting its youth programs.
